When are you open?

In order to safely adhere to current social distancing best practices, we are offering store visits by appointment only. Inquiries for store appointments can be submitted at info@boxwoodfinch.com. We are unable to respond to appointment requests via social media at this time.

How do I become a vendor?

At Boxwood Finch, we pride ourselves on carrying many local products, including Crunchy Mama Bear’s skincare products, The Lodi Farmhouse’s pomegranate jellies and syrups, and Jen Marie Ink’s gorgeous alcohol ink artworks. If you would like us to consider your goods for the shop, please send an email to amanda@boxwoodfinch.com and be sure to include as much information as you can; this includes but is not limited to photos of your product(s), line sheets, and of course, pricing information.

**Because we want to give your inquiry the time and attention it deserves. we will not evaluate any vendor inquiries at the shop. Items that are brought in for evaluation will not be held by any Boxwood Finch staff and must instead remain in the possession of inquiring vendors, and vendor will be asked to email their request. We appreciate your consideration.
 

Do you do custom orders?

Special Orders: We require a 50% deposit on special orders over $100. We will need to contact the supplier to make sure they have the item in stock, once confirmed we send an invoice letting you know when to expect your order’s arrival. Should the item not be in stock, then _____
 

Can i create a Boxwood Finch wedding registry?

Wedding registries are offered in-store only at this time. Stop in during our regular business hours and our staff will be happy to help you begin yours!
 

I’m seeking donations for my group/club/organization; can you help?

As a small, community-oriented business, we at Boxwood Finch prioritize community giving. However, in order to maximize the good that our donations can do, we have created our own giving program. We choose one charity each month to which we donate, and we take donation requests on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a cause you would like us to consider, please bring your donation letter to the shop during our regular business hours, and a representative will respond to your inquiry within one week.
